Job Purpose
Support WASH PM, engineers, and data officer with data collection, field inspections, documentation, and reporting. Supervise and assist with electrical works at water stations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor fuel and electricity usage, conduct calibrations, support technical assessments, supervise electrical work, prepare documentation, and assist WASH engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or institute degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related sectors.
Experience Required
1 year in water stations operation, 2 years in WASH program, 6 months in relevant role with knowledge in water networks, design, and distribution.
Skills & Competencies
High attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, strong documentation skills, willingness to work under pressure, good English, effective communication.
Desired Experience
Experience with generators, fuel tank capacity calculations, electricity consumption, Engineering Design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks, knowledge of GOAL’s working area.

Job Purpose
Develop technical studies, Schemes, BoQs, and technical documents for WASH projects. Supervise civil engineering activities related to sewer systems, water stations, and water networks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments, develop contracts’ terms, prioritize rehabilitation projects, support WASH PM, and supervise civil works. Ensure compliance with GOAL’s policies and donor requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience with NGOs, 1 year in designing and rehabilitation of water networks and related infrastructure.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in engineering design programs (AutoCAD, SAP, Revit), high skills in office software (especially Excel), commitment to humanitarian principles.
