Key Responsibilities
Act as liaison among clients, vendors, consultants, and internal/external customers; Manage IT Coordinator(s) and IT support requests; Develop and implement IT policies and procedures; Ensure data accuracy and access to necessary reports; Evaluate and recommend IT system changes; Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure proper system functionality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years’ experience managing IT functions for a medium to large organization.
Experience
5+ years in IT management; Non-profit experience a plus; Strong computer proficiency; Experience with Office365, Azure, Sage, and RetailPro preferred.
Skills and Mindset
Leadership, strong communication, project management, analytical problem-solving, ability to work independently.
Compensation
$62K – $75K per year
