| Qualifications | Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies; STCW Certificate of Competence (advantageous). |
| Knowledge and Experience | Previous supervisory experience in a related field, three years of experience at supervisory/management level, three years of experience in the Maritime Industry. |
| Competencies | Knowledge of Maritime Legislation, IMO Conventions, technical knowledge of acts and regulations, quality assurance, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. |
