Job PurposeTo support the Registrar in maintaining the register of all certificates of competency, proficiency, and endorsements as specified in regulations.
Key Performance AreasAssist with certificates, ensure register security, investigate fraudulent certificates, coordinate procedural changes, manage registry team, develop training programs, and handle employee grievances.
QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Maritime Studies; STCW Certificate of Competence (advantageous).
Knowledge and ExperiencePrevious supervisory experience in a related field, three years of experience at supervisory/management level, three years of experience in the Maritime Industry.
CompetenciesKnowledge of Maritime Legislation, IMO Conventions, technical knowledge of acts and regulations, quality assurance, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
