Purpose
Maintain and repair RAM equipment according to manufacturers’ specifications, ensuring efficient workshop and yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
Rebuild and repair mechanical and hydraulic components; Maintain service records; Ensure equipment is hire-ready and conduct inspections; Assist with loading/unloading and customer support; Manage pick-ups, deliveries, and stock.
WHS & Corporate Responsibilities
Ensure safety compliance; Participate in WHS training; Adhere to company policies; Obtain a national police check.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical); Motor vehicle license in South Australia.
Experience & Skills
Experience with earthmoving equipment; Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Desirable Skills
HR License, Forklift License, White Card, Earthmoving Equipment tickets.
Mobile Plant Technician – RAM Equipment
Reports to
Workshop Manager
Purpose
Maintain and repair equipment in line with manufacturers’ specifications, ensuring timely and efficient workshop and yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
Repair and maintain RAM equipment; Maintain service records; Supervise Apprentice Mechanics; Ensure workshop and yard meet RAM standards; Prepare and inspect customer hire orders; Assist with loading/unloading, pick-ups, and deliveries.
WHS & Corporate Responsibilities
Participate in workplace health and safety activities; Adhere to WHS procedures; Maintain safety records; Represent the organization professionally; Abide by company policies.
Qualifications
Certificate 3 in an Automotive Trade; Motor vehicle license in South Australia.
Experience & Skills
Experience with earthmoving equipment; Desire to learn and excel; Team player.
Desirable Skills

Yard Hand – RAM Equipment
Reports to
Fleet Maintenance Manager/Operations Manager
Purpose
Support operations and workshop tasks, maintain depot and yard areas, and assist in achieving DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time) targets.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain depot yard and equipment; Operate and maintain wash-down bay; Prepare and clean equipment; Complete off-hire inspections; Assist with workshop maintenance, stock levels, and loading/unloading; Support pick-ups, deliveries, and receiving stock.
WHS & Corporate Responsibilities
Participate in WHS activities; Adhere to safety procedures; Maintain safety records; Represent the organization professionally; Abide by company policies.
Qualifications
Motor vehicle license in South Australia; Forklift license.
Experience & Skills
Teamwork, communication, and reliability; Strong work ethic.
