Provide expert strategic leadership and advice in the management of mega projects undertaken at PRASA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert and strategic advice to management, support CAPEX program, promote governance and compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, reporting, support audit management.
Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities
PFMA, GRAP, National Treasury regulations, IFRS, SCM, human capital management, contract and project management principles, leadership, problem solving, communication, strategic thinking, integrity, tact, critical thinking, resilience, teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
LLM, articles from a reputable law firm or pupillage, admission as an attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, registration with CCASA.
Added Advantage
Post graduate diploma in Law, experience as a commercial attorney, proven track record in Mega Projects or working in SOEs.
Experience
20 years’ experience at a senior level dealing with commercial transactions in a medium to large company/group.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical verification of assets, coordinate asset management, maintain Fixed Asset register, reporting and reconciliation.

Position
Senior Manager: IT Audit
Departmental Mission
Lead and manage Technology Assurance and Data Analytics services for the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Develop IT audit methodologies, frameworks, and procedures, revise audit plans, manage IT audit assignments, provide consulting on controls, risk management, and compliance, report weekly, monthly, and quarterly, manage resources.

PFMA, Treasury Regulations, King Code, ISACA and IIA Standards, computer literacy, business acumen, ACL/Arbutus Analytics, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, COSO, ISO27001 standards, reporting, project management, communication, people management, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, results-oriented, integrity, ethics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing/Accounting/Risk Management (NQF 7), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Professional Membership (IIA/ISACA/SAICA).
Added Advantage
Postgraduate qualification in Commerce/Management (NQF8), Certified Information System Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Experience
10 years in Internal Auditing (5 years at managerial level) or 10 years in IT (5 years at managerial level within auditing environment).
