Position Purpose
Manage and administer the LMS, ensuring its optimal performance and availability, while providing support and troubleshooting for LMS-related issues.

Qualifications

Management and administration of an LMS and use of a Student Information System/CRM to ensure a seamless online learning experience for students.
Main Functions
Administer and maintain the LMS, provide technical support, manage user accounts, ensure data integrity, develop training materials, and monitor LMS performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Driver’s license (added advantage).
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in administering Blackboard or similar LMS. Strong technical skills, organizational and project management skills.
Skills and Competencies

Provide comprehensive HIV, TB, STI, SRH, GBV, and mental health prevention interventions, including HIV counseling and testing services, to adolescents and young people.
Main Functions
Provide AYP interventions, conduct HIV rapid testing, offer counseling services, manage data and stock inventory, ensure quality documentation, manage referral linkages, and develop stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
Matric or equivalent, HIV counseling qualification (10-day course), driver’s license (added advantage).
Experience
Experience in HIV testing and counseling (pre & post), facilitation in capacity development, computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Skills and Competencies
Strong administrative skills, communication skills, people skills, accountability, self-management, and positive attitude.
Design, develop, and implement innovative instructional strategies to enhance learning experiences for a diverse and global student body.
Main Functions
Develop engaging and effective online courses, collaborate with subject matter experts, utilize instructional design theories, analyze learner needs, and provide training and support on best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Driver’s license.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in instructional design, preferably in fully online program development in higher education. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS. Strong project management skills.
