Work Hours40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), occasionally after hours/weekends
PurposeFacilitate training for clients to prepare them for labor market or entrepreneurship, and manage client sponsorships and follow-ups.
Reporting ToEmployment Access Team Leader (1st instance) and Employment Access Manager (2nd instance)
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions (Job Readiness, Business Development, Digital Literacy), measure effectiveness, provide consultations, manage sponsorships, conduct site visits, maintain databases, monitor training impact, compile reports.
Experience & SkillsDiploma in Administration/Business Management/Adult Education, 2+ years of facilitation experience, knowledge of South African labor market, strong interpersonal skills, task prioritization, fluent in English.
QualificationsIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, experience with Salesforce and SharePoint advantageous, proficiency in French a plus.
