Purpose
Facilitate training for clients to prepare them for labor market or entrepreneurship, and manage client sponsorships and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions (Job Readiness, Business Development, Digital Literacy), measure effectiveness, provide consultations, manage sponsorships, conduct site visits, maintain databases, monitor training impact, compile reports.
Experience & Skills
Diploma in Administration/Business Management/Adult Education, 2+ years of facilitation experience, knowledge of South African labor market, strong interpersonal skills, task prioritization, fluent in English.
Qualifications
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, experience with Salesforce and SharePoint advantageous, proficiency in French a plus.
ADMIN OFFICER (SIHMA)

Purpose
Provide administrative and logistic support to advance SIHMA’s research, publications, training, events, and communication activities.

10+ years of administrative experience, project management skills, NPO sector experience, advanced computer skills, proficiency in English, other languages recommended.

Higher-level tertiary degree/diploma, experience in donor processes and reporting requirements.
