Capture and verify student assessment results, assist with moderation processes, maintain student records, and support the assessment process. Ensure accurate and timely release of results and provide general administrative support.
Minimum Education Requirements
National Diploma/Advanced Certificate (NQF Level 6). Advanced Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 7) advantageous.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, computer and system proficiency, planning & time management, results-driven, highly ethical, systematic with an eye for detail, advanced administrative and organizational skills
Observe and provide feedback to student teachers in the PGCE program, covering both Senior Phase (Grade 7-9) and Further Education and Training (Grade 10-12).
Minimum Education Requirements
Minimum 4-year BEd degree or a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree + PGCE. Honours or Master’s degree in Education advantageous.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the relevant phase.
Competencies
Communication skills, organizational skills, effective classroom management.
Working Conditions
Part-time role, requiring visits to student teachers at schools in Witbank, Middleburg, and Evander.
Manage student capacity planning, support lecturer budgeting, facilitate venue management, oversee assessment timetabling, manage timetables and attendance registers, and provide programme operations support.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
National Diploma/Advanced Certificate (NQF Level 6); Advanced Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 7) is advantageous.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally with timetabling experience.
