Key Responsibilities
Manage debtor’s ledger, complete action lists, report on 90-day claims, handle escalations, ensure remittance advices are available, assist with EDI enquiries, manage assigned Medical Schemes, update financial records, provide ad-hoc assistance.
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent, relevant experience in a hospital, experience with WCA claims advantageous, Microsoft Office proficiency, data capturing skills, clinical coding knowledge, patient administration systems knowledge, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills.
