Responsibilities
Lead planning, implementation, and reporting of in-school programs; oversee stakeholder engagement and data management.
Qualifications & Experience
4-year Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Education/Social Science or equivalent; 3+ years in a management role.
Skills & Competencies
Stakeholder engagement, data management, report writing, knowledge of DBE policies.
Implement the AYP program, manage referrals, facilitate interventions, and compile reports.
Qualifications
Grade 12 Certificate; Post-matric qualification in Peer Education/Social Work preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
Writing and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
