Duties | – Lead and supervise Shoppers and Drivers. – Spot check uniforms, orders, staff attendance. – Reporting on adherence and attendance. – Troubleshoot operational issues. – Manage team performance and KPIs. – Train and develop staff. |
Staff Management | – Allocate schedules. – Conduct regular staff meetings. – Ensure punctuality. – Facilitate training and coaching. – Resolve queries. |
Complaints Management | – Assist with shopper and driver queries. – Resolve customer complaints. – Provide feedback to Area Manager. – Investigate and respond to queries. – Prevent potential issues. |
Qualifications | – Eligible to work in South Africa. – Valid South African driver’s license or PrDP. – Clean driving record. – Own vehicle or motorbike. – Recent smartphone. – 2-3 years Team Leader experience. |
