Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC and SCADA systems within the plant. Manage automation systems, conduct inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and address system malfunctions to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Qualification Requirements
National Diploma or degree in electrical/instrumentation engineering or related field. Trade Test in Instrumentation. Certifications in PLC and SCADA systems are a plus. Valid driver’s license code B, EB, or C1.
Experience and Skills
10-12 years in PLC and SCADA system maintenance. Experience with Siemens WinCC, Siemens S7-1500, Wonderware In-Touch SCADA, Emerson Cimplicity SCADA. Knowledge of VSD and DOL starters, ability to configure and commission drives and instruments, and background in electrical equipment is advantageous.
