Qualifications and Experience
Matric with a business-related qualification (advantageous); Previous experience as an Area Manager of multiple stores.
Competencies
Strong retail business acumen, target-driven, excellent management skills, strong leadership and coaching skills, customer-centric.
Managing the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring shrinkage is in line with targets, driving turnover, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store.
Qualifications and Experience
Matric or equivalent qualification; 3-5 years’ experience in managing a fashion retail store.
